1. What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, company, billing details.
- Workflow data: observed cross-app activity (with consent), agent runs, traces, outputs.
- Telemetry: performance metrics, error logs, anonymized usage analytics.
2. How we use it
To provide the service, support customers, secure the platform, and (with opt-in) to improve shared models. PII is redacted at the endpoint before transmission.
3. Sharing
We share data only with vetted sub-processors required to run Routix (cloud infrastructure, model providers, identity, billing). The full list is in our trust center. We never sell customer data.
4. Model training
By default, customer data is never used to train models that are shared with other customers. Enterprise customers may opt in to a private fine-tune of their own corpus; the resulting weights belong to them.
5. Data residency
US (us-east-1, us-west-2) and EU (eu-west-1) regions are GA. UK, AU, JP available on Enterprise. Pinned at tenant creation; never moved without your written consent.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data. EU/UK users have GDPR rights including objection and restriction. Email privacy@routix.com.
7. Children
Routix is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes
We'll notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
