By creating a Routix account or using the Routix services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the entity you represent. If you don't have authority to bind your organization, do not accept.

Routix provides software-as-a-service for observing, mining, synthesizing, and executing AI workflows across your connected SaaS tools. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Acceptable use

  • You will not use Routix to violate any law or third-party right.
  • You will not attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse engineer the service, or extract underlying model weights.
  • You will not deploy Routix in a way that violates the privacy of your employees without consent.

4. Customer data

You retain all rights to your data. Routix processes customer data only to provide the service and per our Privacy Policy. We do not train models on your data without explicit opt-in.

5. Payment

Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Usage above plan caps is billed at $0.02 per credit. Late payments accrue interest at the lower of 1.5%/month or maximum permitted by law.

Routix outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them. Routix provides the service "as is" except for the explicit warranties in your order form.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routix's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days; after that we delete it per our retention policy.
